I have a few pictures from yesterday to scrap, how about you? My oldest son was not with us for the holiday, so I may be taking more pictures today. (Gotta get all three kids together in red, white and blue for pictures!)

How about a Saturday question, a day early?

Anyone have any fun and fabulous Fourth of July plans?

Me?  I’m taking the day OFF from any and all business stuff (well, that’s after I made a delivery at the Excalibur hotel and did a post office run this morning… but for the rest of the day I’m doing NOTHING).

Ok, I’ll be doing something… but it will all be family related.  We’re having Allan’s family over for dinner - grilled hamburgers and hotdogs, of course, with corn on the cob, watermelon, baked beans and chips and guac.  And homemade ice cream for dessert!  I have to wash a few dishes and clear off my kitchen table in order to have our yummy dinner… but other than THAT, I’m doing NOTHING!

And that’s not really true, because I want to spend some time scrapping today.  And making more templates from my sister’s paper scrapbook pages.

And I want to take a nap too….

So, I guess NOTHING is out, and SOMETHING is in…

First, a little housekeeping news.  I’m going to be re-arranging a couple of categories this weekend.  One of the reasons is because I’ve decided that while I LOVE writing the Fun Sunday Finds posts, it also takes up a great deal of my time on the weekends.  (And my hubby and kids like to SEE me on the weekends, you know?) 

So, “Fun Sunday Finds” is going to simply become “Fun Finds”, and since it’s not tied to Sunday anymore, I can surprise you with Fun Finds ANYTIME.  (That’s good, right?)

Also, because I’m totally a thief (well, not totally, but sometimes when it comes to blogging material - yep), I’m going to steal my friend Laura’s SUPER idea, and ask a fun question each Saturday.  She talks about homemaking and family and kids and lots of other great topics, so hop on over to HER blog and answer her Saturday Question.  Right after you answer mine!

So, Question #1 - How much space on your hard drive (or drives) is devoted to digi-scrap products and/or layouts and designs? 

I had to re-format my PC hard drive yesterday and re-install Windows XP (oh, joy that was tons of fun!), and it got me thinking about all the gigs of stuff I have floating between my THREE hard drives. (Yes, I have three - one on the PC, and TWO externals…. oh wait, I have four if you count the one on my laptop!)  Anyway, I just checked and I am currently using up 56 gig of hard drive space for digital supplies and layouts.  That’s AFTER I burned about 10 DVD’s (approximately 40 MORE gig) of stuff and removed it from the PC hard drive. 

So, are you just as bad, with all kinds of gig-age of digi-scrap stuff?  Just getting started?  Tell me all about your spacing issues, will ya?
